James Poukka
Hello, my name is James Poukka, and I am thrilled to introduce myself and begin showing my passions and for my diverse range of experiences. Throughout my career journey, I have gained valuable skills and knowledge in various roles. And I'm even more excited to continue to learn and experience new circumstances in Real Estate.
I have always been driven by a strong work ethic and a desire to continually strive in becoming a better version of myself. From my experience as a Installation Technician at Pinnacle Communications, Fargo ND where I would oversee hospitality technology installation for low voltage projects across the country, to my time working for a AI Startup Located in San Francisco [Remotely] at Drishti Tech Inc, where I learned many unique skills and the experience of a startup mentality, I have developed a versatile skill set and a keen eye for the details And firmly believe "Real estate is the tangible foundation upon which dreams are builts, investments flourish and communities thrive."
From a young age, I had the privilege of experiencing diverse cultures. Having lived on an army base in Germany for 4 years of my life, it has given me a passion for traveling and appreciation for languages! I have visited every single one of the 50 United States of America and Iceland twice, Paris, France, Dominican Republic, Mexico, for my passion for seeing even more of the world!
When I'm not window shopping my next holiday, I like everything aquatic! From Swimming, Kayaking, to Boating! I enjoy our summers in the Lakes Country! Which also makes a great time for getting out and putting a few miles on either my electric Segway scooter or on my Honda Shadow Ridge Motorcycle, in the winter I keep myself busy with reading, video games and inside house projects! And when time allows for it, enjoy the occasional musical festival!
What sets me apart is my ability to think outside of the box which allows me to approach situations and challenges from a fresh and innovative perspective. I am a proactive problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments, I'm excited to begin negotiations for great deals for my customers! And as any of my close friends and family will tell you, I'm a firm believer that it's about who you know more than what you know sometimes and Networking is not just about connecting people, it's about connecting dreams, aspirations and opportunities. The power of the human connection can open doors, create new possibilities, and fuel personal and professional growth.
